Events
We hold several events in each academic year, because we believe it is important to bring policymakers together in the same room for face-to-face discussion.
Our periodic conferences on a topical issue attract 250-350 delegates, and each year we hold an Annual Lecture, given by a distinguished public figure in higher education; this is followed by a gala reception. The Lecture is typically attended by 150-250 people – and attracts significant sponsorship.
We also run regular seminars. For example, we have so far held five series of breakfast seminars in the House of Commons, bringing together a wide range of senior and influential people with an interest in higher education. We run other seminars too, aimed, for example, at the research community.
