The third in a new series of HEPI roundtable dinners, developed in partnership with PwC, exploring the key strategic challenges for the HE sector and individual institutions. To be held at PwC’s office in London, the focus of the discussion will be on ‘What will success look like for universities in the changing environment for Higher Education? The strategic challenge facing HE leaders’ with guest speakers Professor Carl Lygo and Professor John Raftery.  Key issues to be covered at the roundtable include:  How can universities best respond to the pace and scale of external change, whether by incremental or fundamental internal change? How can university leadership plan strategically and effectively to anticipate and mitigate any difficulties? And what circumstances would call for a radical response, and how can institution leaders deliver this?
