On Wednesday, 9 December 2020, HEPI and the QAA held a private online roundtable discussion on Flexible learning: the opportunities and challenges for higher education and the student experience.
The increasing number of flexible learning pathways in higher education, and the growing demand for alternative modes of delivery, present the sector and its students with a new set of challenges, opportunities and horizons. How do we make it easy for students, institutions and employers to understand and navigate the quality and value of what is on offer? What are the challenges and opportunities presented to higher education and the student experience by flexible learning?
This joint QAA and HEPI virtual roundtable discussion brought together sector experts to discuss these issues. The roundtable considered, among other topics, the following themes:

- FE-HE alignment agenda
