Webinar: How can student governors have maximum impact?
Overview
HEPI is hosting a webinar on Thursday 11 December from 10am to 11am to discuss how universities can strengthen the student voice in governance.
Drawing on HEPI’s new report ‘Rethinking Student Voice: How Can Higher Education Design Effective Student Governance?’, which will be published on the day, the webinar will explore key questions, including:
- How can student governors be empowered to contribute meaningfully to board decisions?
- What role do culture, training and relationships play in shaping student influence?
- How can institutions move from symbolic representation to genuine partnership with students?
Attendees will hear from a panel of sector experts and will have the opportunity to put questions to the panel during this one-hour online event.
