HEPI Annual Review 2025/2026
We are delighted to be publishing HEPI’s Annual Review for 2025/26
The Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI) is an Oxford-based charity founded in 2002. UK-wide, independent and non-partisan, it is funded by organisations and universities that wish to see a vibrant higher education debate. HEPI aims to ‘to promote research into and understanding of all aspects of higher education and to disseminate the useful results of such research for the education and benefit of policy makers and the general public in the United Kingdom.‘
This document recounts HEPI’s policy work over the previous academic year, including a record number of pieces of research and a record number of events, leading to record levels of engagement. The document is part of our long-standing commitment to be to be one of the most transparent think tanks in the UK.
We are, as always, very grateful for the financial support from our Partners and University Partners, which makes our work possible, and for the media coverage that brings our output to the attention of so many people. We also pay tribute to all those who have published their work through HEPI, whether in one of our Reports, Debate Papers, Policy Notes or daily blogs. Thank you!
Stay tuned for our future publications coming in October and November.
