The Student Experience: improving outcomes, raising performance
9.45am – 1pm, British Academy

The Government is increasing the pressure on universities to demonstrate that they are delivering for their students.  As the new regulatory regime for higher education takes shape, HEPI is providing a platform for stakeholders to review the latest data on students’ views of their higher education experience, including new data from Unite Students’ Insight Survey (to be published on the day) and to consider the key policy interventions that can create the best outcome for students:

  • What are the key drivers of value for money in higher education?
  • How do universities gain a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of their diverse student populations?
  • And what are the best strategies to improve outcomes and raise performance across the board?
