On Tuesday 9 September 2025 HEPI will be hosting the launch of the OECD’s flagship Education at a Glance report for 2025. Join us for the morning launch event which will be held at a venue in Central London (details tbc).
The annual OECD Education at a Glance Report provides key comparative data and assessment on education systems around the world. This year’s report has a particular focus on higher education.
The draft agenda for the launch is included below:

- 10.30am – Welcome by Nick Hillman OBE, HEPI Director
- 10.35am – Presentation of the 2025 report’s key findings by OECD
- 10.55am – Q&A
- 11.05am – Ministerial response to report findings (invited, tbc)
- 11.20am – Q&A
- 11.30am – Panel response to the 2025 report (speakers tbc)
- 11.50am – Q&A
- 12pm – Refreshments (sandwich lunch)
- 12.30pm – Launch ends
