On Wednesday 17 November, HEPI and UPP Foundation are hosting a roundtable dinner to launch the ‘From Adversity to University’ toolkit from the University of Chichester. With opening remarks from Professor Longmore, Vice-Chancellor of the University Chichester, to kickstart the discussion around the table, the event will be chaired by Nick Hillman, HEPI Director.
The roundtable will hear from the University of Chichester’s project to empower homeless people with the skills and confidence needed to start a degree, setting the project in a wider policy context and including details of the Chichester pilot project and the toolkit to enable other institutions to run similar schemes.
