Rose Stephenson is the Director of Policy and Advocacy at HEPI. Rose’s career in education has spanned online learning, outdoor education and working as a teacher and Head of Science. Before working at HEPI, Rose was the Policy and Projects Manager at the University of Bath, leading policy development and project management relating to the student experience.
Rose’s role at HEPI focuses on analysis, publishing, and delivering speeches to stimulate debate on higher education policy. She is interested in the practical implementation of policy, equality, and social mobility. Rose is a Governor at Hartpury University.
